This apartment was awesome! It had a terrace with pool views, giving me a perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. I loved having a separate bedroom and a living room in this apartment. It made me feel like I had my own little home during my stay. The flat-screen TV was a nice bonus for those lazy evenings when I just wanted to curl up and watch a movie. The equipped kitchen with a fridge and an oven was great for preparing my own meals and saving some money.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the stovetop in the kitchen. It didn't work very well for me.

Clean and well-presented with good quality furniture. Plenty of linens, towels, and toiletries provided. Laura was very efficient and helpful. Perfect location with a bus stop and public transport nearby, making it easy to explore the area. the apartment was well-equipped, with a safe, air conditioning, and a big TV. the swimming pool and courtyard area were clean and inviting.

The main bedroom faced a busy and noisy road, making it difficult to sleep. the mattress was too hard and the bathroom humidity fan did not work.

My stay at Optimist 1 in Playa de las Americas was absolutely fantastic. The apartment had everything I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to beach towels and even a washing machine. The balcony was my favorite spot, with a large table and chairs where I enjoyed breakfast every morning. The pool area was amazing, with plenty of sunbeds available and a perfect temperature. The staff was incredibly polite and made me feel right at home. The location of the apartment was also great, close to the beach and many restaurants. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

One minor drawback was the lack of air conditioning in the bedroom and the need for darker curtains, as it could get quite bright and sometimes loud with the nearby bus stop. However, this didn't significantly impact my overall enjoyment of my stay.

Excellent self-catering apartment with ample bedding and towels. Beach/pool towels provided. Helpful and friendly manager. Pleasant surprise upon arrival. Planning to return next March.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location is ideal, with four stunning beaches just a short walk away. The apartment itself was clean and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. The pool area was peaceful and well-maintained. The owners, Laura and Roberto, were incredibly helpful and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Roberto also offered a car service which was cheaper than taxis, a convenient option when traveling to and from the airport.

I always come back because it has everything I need - Wi-Fi, TV, kitchen utensils. Plus, they helped me find a reliable taxi. It's a perfect place with an outdoor pool, beach accessories, and great security. Can't wait to come back for New Year's!
